Speed and Google
We build agency websites with the same technology as rdportal.sk. In the Google PageSpeed Insights test it scores 100 out of 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO, and passes all three checks for AI search. Performance is 93 on mobile and 99 on desktop.
Loading speed is one of the signals Google takes into account when ranking pages, and visitors do not leave a fast site before they see the listings.
Our websites are also optimised for AI search (GEO). When a client asks ChatGPT or another AI which estate agency to choose, the site is built so the AI can read it and understand it correctly.
