We build the campaign structure around whether you are looking for sellers or buyers. We launch the campaign once conversion tracking is collecting data.
Creative and copy
We produce the visuals and copy from your listings and photos, and rotate them regularly so people do not keep seeing the same ads.
Targeting
We target the areas you work in and people similar to your existing clients.
Ongoing optimisation
We monitor the campaigns throughout the month. We switch off ads that do not bring in enquiries and move budget to the ones that work.
Monthly report
Once a month you get a report on how many enquiries came in, what they cost and which ad brought them in, along with what we are changing for next month.

We connect the campaigns to the form on your website, so enquiries are saved to the CRM along with the conversation history.

Google Ads

On Facebook and Instagram you show your listings to people who were not looking for them. On Google you reach the people who are already searching. The price is €300 a month per agency and €100 for each additional branch.

Search campaigns on the queries people actually type.
Negative keywords so you do not pay for off-topic clicks.
Conversion tracking connected to the forms on your website.
A separate read-out for each branch.
