This is how a property moves through the system, from the first viewing to the issued invoice. The details carry over between steps by themselves.

The listing is published on the portals
It is usually live on the portals within 30 minutes. If you change the price later, it updates there too.

Enquiry, deal and invoice
An enquiry from a buyer is saved to the CRM. Once the deal closes, the system calculates the commission and prepares the invoice.
