Changes carry over automatically
When you change something on a property, such as the price or the description, the change carries over to every portal it is published on.

Property statuses
The property status shows everywhere
A property can be new, reserved or sold. When you change the status, it shows in the portal listings and in your document templates, so a reserved flat is no longer offered as available.
New
The property has just entered your portfolio. The listing goes out to the portals.
Reserved
A buyer is agreed and the deal is waiting for signature. Colleagues see it straight away in the system.
Sold
The deal is closed. The property leaves the active portfolio.
