How does the switch from our current system work?

Is there any lock-in?

No. You can cancel the platform fee at any time, and all our prices are public on the website.

What does the platform fee include?

The rdPORTAL usage fee includes the rdAGENT AI assistant, CRM, deal management, financial management, the commission system, the career plan, rdACADEMY, invoicing, a document library and AI photo editing. Advertising on property portals is bought separately in packages by the number of active listings.

I have no time to learn a new system. How long does it take?

Not much. rdPORTAL also works over WhatsApp: you type or dictate a message the way you would to a colleague, and the listing goes live. There is nothing to install.

How do we onboard our agents?

Onboarding is part of the rollout. We go through the system with the whole team and every agent has rdACADEMY available. We upload the first listing together with you.

How does the personal assistant work?

After you sign up, a named person from our team gets in touch, helps you set things up and is available by phone during office hours.

To Nehnuteľnosti.sk, TopReality, Reality.sk, Bazoš.sk and your own website. You publish it on all of them at once, and it is usually live on the portals within 30 minutes.

How does VAT work with your prices?

All prices in our price list exclude VAT, and this is always stated next to them. We confirm the amount including VAT in the quote and on the invoice.
